Mountain Jam VIP Package Review & Photos - 2007

The VIP package set me back $290 and it was well worth the price. Breaks down to about $100/day, certainly a bargain in my eyes for the simple fact I could park my butt under a tent when it rained.

In addition to the aforementioned tent, there was also several couches to lounge in, mixed drinks in the $5-6 range and a variety of beers for $2.50. The hot coffee was free (mixed well with the Bailey’s) as was an assortment of sandwiches, wraps, pita bread and hummus, raw veggies, chips and dips to munch on. The food that was available to sell was for the most part typical festival food but I did not come here for the food, I came for the music and the atmosphere.

Also thrown in the mix was a nice T-shirt and a festival poster.

The view from the VIP tent was about 10-25 yards from the left side of the stage depending on where you stood and access in front of the stage was good until the last band of the day where you could run down and take pictures.

Would I do it again, you bet. Will I be better prepared clothes wise next time, you bet.
